Proceeding from our belief in social responsibility in empowering youth and fresh graduates and honing their skills to supply the job market -locally and globally- with competencies, also in light of the fierce competition for the few opportunities available, we have the idea of a series of SOLVillion Challenges. Which aims to raise the competencies of new students and graduates in this field through innovative training workshops in design thinking and practical field visits to existing projects for wastewater treatment systems, then involve challengers in groups to find innovative solutions in the field of water and sanitation and where the winners get a training opportunity in the company with a monthly financial reward. This training may end up with a job opportunity.
SOLVillion challenge is a service we provide in 3 days of intensive training followed by a challenge where participants have to work as teams to provide innovative solutions and pitch them in front of Judges, the winning team will be evaluated according to the team-work
and solution evaluation criteria, to which the top winning team will receive a prize.
This training is followed by 3 months of internship opportunities for the top three candidates
each challenge. To help interested youth and fresh graduates work in sanitation and wastewater treatment. Through this product, we make our impact in the community to build capacities in wastewater treatment and sanitation fields.
